Filter Set for Compressor

CORMAK Zestaw filtrów do kompresora LUFT 400

Filter Set for Oil Change in CORMAK LUFT 400 Screw Compressors

A complete set of filters is essential when changing oil in CORMAK LUFT 400 screw compressors. Regular replacement of these filters helps maintain compressor efficiency, prolongs the life of key components, and ensures clean, reliable compressed air.

Oil Filter – Keeps Lubricating Oil Clean

The oil filter is crucial for maintaining the cleanliness of the lubricating oil circulating through the system. It removes contaminants and metal particles generated by normal wear. Clean oil ensures proper lubrication and cooling of moving parts and extends the life of the oil separator.

Purpose: Remove impurities from lubricating and cooling oil
Benefits:

Protects bearings and screw elements

Reduces friction and overheating

Extends oil service life

Air Filter – First Line of Defense

The air filter is the compressor’s first defense against dust and airborne particles. It effectively captures solid particles, dust, and contaminants from the environment before they enter the screw block. Using a clean air filter prevents wear of compressing elements and minimizes the risk of contaminating the oil and compressed air.

Purpose: Protect the screw block and the rest of the system from external contaminants
Benefits:

Increases compressor lifespan

Maintains performance

Reduces energy consumption

Oil Separator Filter – Ensures High-Quality Compressed Air

The oil separator filter is a key component of oil-lubricated compressors, responsible for separating oil droplets from compressed air. A high-quality separator ensures minimal oil content in the output air, which is critical for protecting pneumatic tools and production processes. Regular replacement prevents pressure drops and excessive oil consumption.

Purpose: Achieve high-quality compressed air by effectively separating oil mist
Benefits:

Lower operating costs (reduced oil consumption)

No contamination of pneumatic installation

Stable pressure maintenance
