3 x large high-performance burners: 6.0 kW each (burner head diameter approx. 110/120 mm)

Features: Cast iron pot supports (sliding grates) and thermoelectric flame failure device on each burner for maximum operational safety.
Oven (Undercounter) Type: Gas-powered convection oven (statically heated) with piezoelectric ignition.
Oven power: approx. 8.0 kW to 9.0 kW burner power.
Internal dimensions: Suitable for gastronorm racks and trays (GN 2/1).
Temperature range: Adjustable from 100 °C to 300 °C via a safety gas thermostat.
